What is Carbalose ™?
Carbalose ™ is a new flour that willrevolutionize the Low-Carb market. In most recipes, Carbalose ™ behaves like wheat flour, because unlike similarproducts, it is made mostly from wheat, yet it lacks most non-fiber Carbohydrates.
