Open daily from 10am to 7pm.

Admission and ticket sales end 30 minutes before closing time. More information available here.

Admission

Free general admission for Singaporeans and PRs. Pre-book your tickets online now and print your Gallery Passes at any of our Pass Dispensers at Level 1. Our ticketing counters at B1 will be closed from 01 October 2021 onwards.

If you prefer to purchase your tickets onsite, you can still do so at our Coleman Street & Padang Visitor Services Counters at Level 1.

Gallery Etiquette

TOUCHING THE ARTWORK

Please do not touch the artworks. Even clean hands can cause damage.

FOOD & BEVERAGE

Food anddrink (including bottled water) are not permitted in the galleries.

Food anddrink should be consumed at the Gallery'srestaurants and bars only.

DRESS CODE

There is no dress code for the Gallery.

However donote that our exhibition spaces are climate controlled to conserve our artworks so it is advisable to bring something to keep yourself warm.

SECURITY

Bags may be subjected to inspection for security reasons.

To help protect the artworks, please store bulky items and large bags in the lockers provided at B1.

ACCESSIBILITY

All galleries and facilities are wheelchair accessible.

Standard-size motorised wheelchairs are permitted in the galleries.

Wheelchairs are available for loan at the Information Counters located at Coleman Streetentrance, Padang Atrium entrance, and Basem*nt 1 Concoursefree of charge.

STROLLERS

Strollers are permitted in the galleries.

However, large strollers may be difficult to manoeuvre in the galleries and should be parked at the designated stroller parking area at Level 1.

Strollers are not permitted in the Keppel Centre for Art Education and should be parked before entering.

PHOTOGRAPHY

No flash photography or videography is permitted in the galleries.Use of selfie sticks and tripods is also not permitted in the galleries.

Still photography (no flash) for non-commercial use is permitted.To arrange a photo and video shootat the Gallery,see here.

Photography is sometimesnot permitted in the special exhibition galleries, which are on levels 3 and 4 of the City Hall Wing. Please check with security personnel if you wish to take photographs in these galleries.

SKETCHING

Pencil sketching is permitted in the gallerieswith sketchbooks no larger than 8 ½ x 11 inches (22 x 28cm).

Charcoal, pastel, permanent markers, watercolour and oil paint are not permitted.

No easelsor sketching while sitting on the floor is permitted. Stools for sketchers are available for loan from the Information Counters located at Basem*nt 1 Concoursefree of charge.

Groups who wish to sketch at the Gallery shouldcontact usprior to arrival.

CONSIDERATION FOR OTHERS

Please help us create a conducive environment for all visitors to enjoy, study and contemplate the artworks.

Speak in soft tones. Talking on mobile phones is not permitted in the galleries.

Avoid running in the galleries. Roller shoes should not be worn in the galleries.

Please do not obstruct the passage of other visitors.

The use of laser pointers is not allowed in the galleries.

RESPECTABLE BEHAVIOUR

Gallery staff have the right to work in a safe environment free from violence, abuse or threatening behaviour. The Gallery reserves the right to remove any person acting in an unacceptable manner.
