Match do not have customer service at all. I paid for a 6-month subscription and am unable to read messages from anyone or see who liked me. I can only read messages that Match says I can reply for free. I ? when I paid. Do not use Match. They scammed me out of my money. They don't care because they don't have customer service only an AI bot that won't help you.

Women beware Match puts it in writing that they guarantee the safety health and welfare of their customers when in fact they don't because I inform them of a particular person by the name of MARK ** OF BADIN NC that When asked if he was d d free he lied and until I found out from a blood test and a sore that he gave me Herpes. North Carolina has a law that states that you're supposed to inform somebody and I proved that I was clean after approaching him about it, he said, "Oh yeah, I got that from my previous girlfriend." I had all of this on tape. When confronting match recording this person having a profile they still have not removed him so match DOES NOT guarantee its customers health and safety after all. But women beware.

Match are misleading their customers in thinking they are messaging an active subscriber when in actual fact the said person re me had been requested to not renew. They obstruct your ability to leave by making it impossible to find the way to cancel your subscription. lot of profile are fake. They can’t video chat for “security reasons”. I lost valuables to someone on Match. I had t0 lnvolve apexchargeback t0 track and recover my valuables. I get daily spam emails from Match, to which I never subscribed, claiming that various people are looking at a profile that doesn't exist.

Extremely bad dating site. Do not give them your bank account or credit card number. They'll continue charging you after you canceled. No one in customer service other than computer responses. Really bad service.

I joined Match.com in 2015 and I was very pleased. Fast forward 9 years and a much more expensive monthly fee and I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! I wish I had read reviews first but didn't due to my previous experience. I was led to believe Premium was the best you could get but if you want the premium benefits you have to pay additional fees for a limited number of "benefits" the premium package was supposed to include! It's so frustrating. The ONLY reason why I'm still on is because I can't get reimbursed so I may as well use what I paid hundreds of dollars for!!! Do not waste your time or money.

I've been assigned a dating expert who recommends matches. Many of the matches recommended I have swiped left because I wasn't interested. The gentleman I do like I am unable to contact! It's a horrible process. As if online dating isn't challenging enough!
I use Bumble for free and have better luck and tons less frustration!

Horrible customer service. I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone for weeks now because it won’t let me verify my phone number. I can’t get past that step and no one is answering. They’ve asked me to send loads of information yet. I keep getting passed around from person to person and, no response or help. If this is the type of customer service you get at the front end, no telling what horrible customer service awaits.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I was logged out of my account. Requested to update my password and was unable to do so. The ONLY mode of communication is through email. They tell me to log in to cancel but I can’t log in without a password!!! Complete and utter awful “business”. I have my credit card company involved with a dispute of the charge because this all happened within 7 days of being charged for subscription. Absolutely AWFUL way to run a business!

Match.com customer service is so slow and unprofessional with any comments or concerns you may have, but is always willing to take your money. In my best judgment to you I would recommend not joining!

I have not been able to login for over 3 days. There is no phone to call. I found this out the hard way. I looked up a number on web and called a number representing Match.Com. The gentleman told me they needed to use webkey. I didn't know what this was. My brother looked it up and it is Spyware. I didn't download. I have been attempting to contact Match thus far by email. No one will answer about refund or why I can't log in. I get a generic response for email. There is no customer service. I would recommend going to a site that has customer service. I am out of money and cannot log in to site. I don't know what to do.

I have tried Match.com multiple times, for a long period of time. I have spent hundreds of dollars using Match.com's paid subscription. The site has become worse and worse as years have gone by. They have made the site more difficult to navigate through. It is harder to see who has messaged you. It used to be that you had a mailbox and if someone sent you a message it was just like an email going into your email mailbox. You could read it and respond. Now it is different, and it no longer works that way. The whole site is more confusing. It is not that you can't figure it out, but it is not as user friendly, and not as easy as it used to be. Now match.com has changed their policy on reviewing other people's profiles as a non paid member. Now you can only see 6 profiles, and the rest are not viewable if you do not have a paid subscription.
What is match.com hiding? Are they hiding the fact that they do not believe that they have enough "real" profiles on their site to convince someone to pay for a subscription? Many many years ago, companies that made and packaged food products, switched from packaging their products in packages that completely concealed their food items (like a box with no clear sides to it), to packaging that revealed the actual product. You could actually see the food, and see that it looked good. If match thinks I would pay for a subscription without showing me their full list of profiles, they have gone mad. And they probably have to be honest. Match.com's executives are probably border line insane to insane.
