Wiz: And it's our job to analyze their weapons, armor, and skills to find out who would win a Death Battle.

Wiz: Sonic's most notable ability is his speed. He can easily break the sound barrier in mere seconds. While his top speed is unknown, he has clocked in an average of 765 mph.
Boomstick: Ahh. Wiz, Sonic in base escape a black hole. Is he faster than Light.
Wiz: Ahh, yes and no. Because Sonic used Speed Light Shoes, and Light Speed Dash attack going 10 times faster than light. And doing the Light Speed Dash or the Light Speed Attack.
Boomstick: But he's not just fast on his feet. He can curl up into a spiky ball and rip through his opponents with the spin attack.
Wiz: His homing attack rockets toward an opponent and can hit multiple times.
Boomstick: And with his Spin Dash, he can reach top speeds almost instantly. And with this attack he destroid a ship and many Dr. Eggman's flying machines like Egg Mobile, that resist Dark Gaia a multi-star buster. Even Sonic forms a tornado around enemies to weaken them.
Wiz: Sonic Boost a move that impulse Sonic going much faster than sonic speed, even fly in high meters of long, Skid Attack and a Fire Variant, and Trick Action that Sonic can move with acrobatics moves in mid of the air. The Custom Actions that for a Chaos Emeralds.
Boomstick: Gun Drive allows Sonic to throw an emerald and then quickly dash ahead and catch it.
Wiz: Homing Smash allows Sonic to stop in midair and perform a Homing Attack.
Boomstick: Mach Speed initiates an increased Speed Boost.
Wiz: Scale. Shrinks Sonic to a miniscule size, making him harder to hit and allows him to jump infinitely.
Boomstick: Slow, Slows down time when the Action Button is held down.
Wiz: Thunder Guard, Sonic creates a Thunder Shield.
Boomstick: And Tornado, Sonic creates a small whirlwind that deals damage to surroundings.
Wiz: During his adventures, he has used a variety of different shields to improve his abilities. Each shield can deflect minor projectiles and have environmental advantages, though they will disintegrate after blocking a deadly blow.
Boomstick: The Fire Shield can absorb, well, fire and heat, though it can't survive underwater. No sh*t! But with it, Sonic can use a fiery dash attack.
Wiz: The Lightning Shield can't survive in aquatic environments either, but it gives Sonic a mid-air jump for further aerial control.
Boomstick: And with the Bubble Shield, he can breathe underwater and control his jumps with a powerful bounce.
Wiz: And most important he has the Chaos Power, with this Sonic can stop and lower the time.
Boomstick: But Boomstick, Sonic never use this powers in a Sonic's Video-Game, right?
Wiz: Ah, all the Sonic characters that Sonic used the Chaos Emeralds can manipulate the time, and in the worst Sonic Game for me, a Sonic attack can lower the time and stop it.
Boomstick: And turn enemies in rings. But now returning in Sonic, he can transform in Super Sonic, Super Sonic can fly, breathe underwater, and is completely invulnerable. Not to mention his speed is increased a thousand fold. But as with most things that are unbelievably powerful, it has a time limit.
Wiz: And when the form finally subsides, Sonic returns to normal at peak physical form, regardless of his condition prior to the transformation. But now appers Hyper Sonic, a better transformation than Super Sonic, with this Sonic has more for give power than Super Sonic. Destroy system solar buster users and in a collision destroy an universe.
Boomstick: Oh yeah, and win Segata Sanshiro in Martial Art Tournaument.
Wiz: He beat Dark Gaia, Eggman, Perfect Chaos, Metal Sonic in Metal Overlord, Solaris and with most Sonic powerfull character ever Time Eater a time manipulator and destroyer.
Boomsitck: But Sonic is co*cky, arrogant and he can't swim.
Wiz: But despite his rough personality, he'll do whatever it takes to save the day.
Sonic: It was great teaming up with you. Hope you learned a few tricks that'll help you out in the future. I mean in the past. You know what I mean!

Wiz: Sent to Earth from the Saiyan planet Planet Vegeta, Kakarot was actually sent to kill off Earth's inhabitants. However, a pivotal drop on the head when he was just a baby changed him forever. His caretaker, Grandpa Gohan, gave him the name Son Goku, and it was then that he began his journey to become the strongest being in the world.
Boomstick: Even as a kid, Goku was already pretty much one of the strongest things around. He trained with the psycho-crazy Mr. Popo and the perverted Master Roshi as a kid, and he even defeated a Namekian named Piccolo as just a kid. Man, that's one badass little boy.
Wiz: But it didn't stop there. Four Goku years later, Piccolo Jr. challenged him to a rematch.
Boomstick: After barely winning the fight, Goku married his childhood sweetheart Chi-Chi and had a child named Gohan.
Wiz: Who he raised for four years.
Boomstick: The most time he ever spends with his sons. What a terrible father. It probably would have been longer if his brother hadn't come by and forced Goku to get himself killed.
Wiz: But while he was dead, he went to Otherworld and trained with the powerful King Kai in ten times gravity in order to fight the new Saiyans coming to Earth.
Boomstick: While training on King Kai's Planet not only did Goku get stronger and faster he also learned the Kaio-Ken and one of the strongest moves in the series, the Spirit Bomb.
Wiz: After barely winning the fight against Vegeta, Goku trained in one-hundred times gravity to fight the tyrant Frieza.
Boomstick: After having a Kaio-Ken times 20 fail and a large Spirit Bomb failing to kill Frieza, all he needed to see was his best friend die again.
Wiz: To become-

Boomstick: Yeah on King Kai's Plan- oh wait now I know where you're goin' with this. Hey, do you think that on King Kai's planet, your dick doesn't move up when it gets hard?
Wiz: Ugh, Boomstick, that's disgusting. Anyway, with the knowledge that King Kai's planet has one-hundred times Earth's gravity, Goku can lift 400 tons.
Boomsick: Wait what?! 400 tons?! Are you f*cking kidding me?!
Wiz: I kid you not.
Boomstick: HOLY sh*t.
Wiz: A true blood knight, Goku has devoted his entire life to becoming stronger. He has picked up several powerful abilities along the way, such as his signature Kamehameha, along with Destructo Disk, Solar Flare, Ki Barrier, Kiai Cannon, Spirit Bomb, and Dragon Fist.
Boomstick: Unfortunately, Destructo Disk is often considered to be one of the weakest moves. Solar Flare is helpful though. Ki Barrier and Kiai Cannon will be very helpful but Spirit Bomb takes forever to charge and only works on evil. But Goku CAN absorb it and get more powerful, even if it takes 10 episodes and a lot of screaming. Then there's Dragon Fist, which is basically one of Goku's most powerful attacks, ever.
Wiz: The Dragon Fist is so powerful that it has been capable of defeating or doing serious damage to powerful opponents such as Hirudegarn and Broly. But then there's Goku's signature Kamehameha, which has several variants. He can use it propel himself forward, bend it in mid-air, release it in spheres, or use it in tandem with Instant Transmission. This attack also has the potential to destroy entire planets.
Boomstick: Or about one-fifth of the universe.
Wiz: What?
Boomstick: Yeah, Goku matched 70% of Beerus' power, and Beerus was able to destroy about one-fifth of the universe.
Wiz: Oh... that's not good. In addition to Goku's arsenal is his Ki manipulation, which he has been shown to use telekinesis, flight, ki sensing, mind reading, and others. Then there's the Kaio-ken.
Boomstick: Kaio-what?
Wiz: Kaio-ken was taught by King Kai, and he can use it to multiply ki and physical power. However, it is extremely dangerous and Goku has only ever been shown to multiply his power by 20.
Boomstick: Fortunately for Goku, he doesn't even need Kaio-whatever. He also can transform into his Super Saiyan forms, where each one just changes his hair more and more.
Wiz: There's Super Saiyan, which is 50 times his maximum output, and Super Saiyan 2 is twice that. Super Saiyan 3 is four times that, and Super Saiyan 4 is a mighty 10 times that. But then there's his latest form: Super Saiyan God.
Boomstick: Even though it wasn't fully measured, it allowed him to match Lord Beerus, a real God. Its full powers are unknown, but man is it powerful! Too bad it needs six Saiyans to use.
Wiz: Actually Boomstick, at the end of the movie he said that he could tap into it whenever he wanted now. So that hardly matters to Goku anymore. But what does matter to Goku is his Ki output - his Ki is limited, although he can always restore it.
Boomstick: He's also really dumb. Yeah, he's good at battle tactics, but that's about it. He also avoids any unfair advantages possible.
Wiz: Which is okay I guess. I dunno, it's not like there's some alien about to destroy Earth. So go ahead, Goku. Only think of the fight.
Boomstick: And on top of all this, his super-forms drain his energy.
Wiz: But who cares when you can beat powerful opponents such as Frieza, Majin Buu, Broly, Hirudegarn, Janemba, Omega Shenron, and Beerus?
Boomstick: Goku can also fly at most 10 times the speed of light, lift 400 tons, destroy a fifth of the universe, and that's on top of the fact that he's devoted his entire life to fighting.
Wiz: Goku truly is... a Super Saiyan God.
Boomstick: But Wiz what about Goku's Personality as a Super Saiyan God.
WIz: Oh yeah like the initial Super Saiyan transformation Goku trade in his normal calm personalty for one that is more Saiyan like.
Boomstick: So he becomes an ass hole.
Wiz: No he becomes more ruthless and is kinda more like Vegeta in ways getting caught up in his pride.
Boomstick: But in the end Goku became a true... Hero.
Goku: I am the hope of the universe. I am the answer to all living things that cry out for peace. Ally to good; nightmare to you!

Sonic is running destroying many robots of Eggman (30 robots) with homing attack.
Sonic: New Time Record. Huh?
Sonic look an athletic man (Goku).
Goku: I sense a really powerfull energy, in this hedgehog. Maybe he is too strong.
Goku teleports near to Sonic.
Goku: Hey, do you fight?
Sonic: You're only a human. Meh, I will beat you more fast that this robots.
Both stay in a fight posture.
FIGHT!
Sonic run and kick Goku three times but Goku resist all the attacks, and throw Sonic. Sonic stop time and throw the Sky Emerald to Goku hurting him and now catch the Emerald for charges a punch Goku move only few meters.
Goku sense Sonic's KI for launch a Ki Blast, but Sonic see this attacks and use homing attack with the Ki energy blast hurting Goku. But Goku reaxt kicking Sonic lauching it in the air. And now Goku fly for continue punching him. For finish him with a kick, but Sonic stop time for next transform into Super Sonic. All the Chaos Emeralds spin in Sonic when a thunder falls.
Sonic: Now the real Fight start now.
Goku: He can transform in Super Saijan.

Goku now is in Super Saijan 1, and now pass in Full Power.
Sonic use Light Speed Dash and Goku dodges the attack, but Sonic use Chaos Control and now doing two kicks in the air, for punching him. Goku fall in the land with a mountain destroyed, Sonic launch three Chaos Lance striking Goku two of them. Goku fly again in the air.
Goku: I need energy.
Goku strenght power up and now he transform into Super Saijan 2. But trying to enter in Full Power Sonic lauch 8 Chaos Arrows and 7 falling him. Slow Motion in the eight and Goku dodge the lash for charging the HameHame Ha.
Goku: Hame. Hame. Hame.
Sonic: Gash!
Goku: HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!
Sonic: You're too slow.
Sonic run and desapear the HameHame Ha for now use Super Sonic Boost, powered him. And kicking Goku. Goku enter in Super Saijan Three. Goku try to punch and kick Sonic, but he is inmune.

Super Sonic tackles Goku. But Goku dodges and use Dragon Fist but zero damage of Sonic.
Sonic: Is better now finish him.
But time end and Super Sonic return in base. Goku lost many energy.

Goku transform into Super Saijan God. Sonic put his Light Speed Shoes transform into Hyper Sonic.
Goku used Solar Flare but Sonic attack first. Now a close fight in the air. Goku and Sonic clash a kick, punch a row. An explotion appears. Goku launch many HameHame Ha, Sonic close and still attack Goku but the Emerald Mother is broken for the HameHame Ha and a giant explotion appears. But in this Sonic travel in the time.

Introduction
Present Mic: Sonic the Hedgehog, the co*cky Blue Blur who's the fastest thing alive!
Eraserhead: Son Goku, the pure-of-heart warrior and one of the last remaining Saiyans.
Sonic the Hedgehog Lives Life to the Fullest in DEATH BATTLE!
Eraserhead: Very little is known about the Ancients, a species of highly advanced aliens. But one thing that is known about them is that they were chased off their home planet by a being of destruction, The End.
Present Mic: You mean to tell that out of all of the names you could've chosen for a bad guy capable of devouring countless worlds and even stars, you choose The End? Really?
Eraserhead: I didn't make the name. Anyways, while fleeing their home planet, the Ancients' primary power source, the Chaos Emeralds, were attracted towards something on Earth, the Master Emerald. It had more power than all of the seven emeralds combined. Using this as a guide, the Ancients' traveled to our world and attempted to rebuild their civilization.
Present Mic: But The End was persistent on killing them off. It followed them to Earth and wiped most of them out despite their best efforts. The few that did survive likely died out within a generation, leaving the Chaos Emeralds behind. Centuries passed, and the Chaos Emeralds found themselves located on South Island. And with all of the power that they contained, it would only be a matter of time before someone tried to capture the gems for themselves.
Eraserhead: That someone would be Dr. Eggman, a mad scientist who wanted world domination. The Chaos Emeralds would be mighty enough to power his machines and factories, so Eggman obviously wanted their power under his control. There was only one problem though. South Island is infamous for creating distortions that led to alternate dimensions known as the Special Stages.
Present Mic: The Chaos Emeralds were caught inside of those distortions, making them pretty difficult to collect. But Eggman was still determined, so he captured the woodland creatures on South Island, use them as living batteries for his machines, and made them search the island up and down to find a way to access the Special Stages.
Eraserhead: Unfortunately for Eggman, there was a certain inhabitant of the island. One who was not going to sit back and watch his animal friends get turned into slaves. The fastest thing alive, Sonic the Hedgehog.

Present Mic: That title is no exaggeration either. At a casual speed, Sonic is capable of exceeding 767 mph or the speed of sound. With his super speed, Sonic knew that he was the only one who could stand up to Dr. Eggman and save the island. And so, he began his adventure, freeing all of the helpless animals and beating back Dr. Eggman.
Eraserhead: Even after defeat. the mad doctor is not one to give up. He made hundreds of new plans to take over the world and even the universe, and each time, Sonic would always be there to stop him in his tracks.

Present Mic: And Sonic's got the abilities to get the job done. Sonic's speed isn't just useful for running either. He can somehow restore his friends' minds and bodies as well as restore time and space! And thanks to his sheer speed, he can vibrate his molecules fast enough to heal himself. What's next? Is he gonna phase through matter too?
Eraserhead: On top of his super speed, Sonic's hedgehog physiology allows him to sharpen his quills and roll into a living buzz-saw with the Spin Attack. Alternatively, he can spin in place and then release to shoot off with the Spin Dash. Sonic can utilize an immediate Spin Dash with the Drop Dash, instinctively home in an opponent's weak spots with the Homing Attack, bounce like a basketball with the Bound Jump, and create a barrier of energy that lasts for a split second with Insta-Shield.
Present Mic: And let me give you some advice if you wanna fight this guy, don't even try sneak attacking him. Sonic can sense opponent's attacks, or he can detect incoming threats with his quills or his Sonic Sneeze like a spiky version of Spider-Man.
Eraserhead: Sonic can fire an infinite amount of energy shockwaves with Sonic Boom and Cross Slash or fire a volley of homing spheres with the Homing Shot. And with the Cycloop, a trail of light follows Sonic's body as he moves. And if he completes a shape with it, any enemies within the Cycloop will explode or any items in the shape will be revealed.
The Cycloop appears to give Sonic a form of telekinesis as he can rotate pillars without touching them once using the Cycloop on them.
Present Mic: The hedgehog can produce electricity by stomping the ground, spinning around and making an electric tornado with Cyclone Kick, or surrounding himself in an electric aura before zig-zagging across the air with Wild Rush.
Eraserhead: If his strength and speed alone aren't enough, then he's got multiple ways of increasing his physicality. He can increase his speed with the Boost or Super Peel Out, strengthen his firepower with Attack Support, or just do both with the Phantom Rush.
Present Mic: But it's not like Sonic needs them anyways since he's stated that he gets stronger and faster by the second!
Eraserhead: While that might be a bit of an exaggeration on Sonic's side, he is shown to get stronger over time as seen with Infinite. Despite getting easily overpowered by him in their first fight, Sonic soon fought on-par with him and even overwhelmed him.
Present Mic: Sonic can use energy from his very soul for different purposes. He can increase his mobility, strengthen his skills, make him stronger and faster, and lessen any and all damage he takes.
Eraserhead: But two of his most notable moves are Speed Break, a burst of speed that lasts for several seconds, and Time Break in which time slows down to a crawl, making it easier to avoid attacks.
Unlike Speed Break, it's been shown in Generations that Sonic doesn't need to waste Soul energy to use Time Break.

Present Mic: But despite typically relying more on his own abilities, Sonic has plenty of equipment to help him out like the Item Monitors which contain various power-ups. There are normal Shields which let Sonic take an extra hit, Fire Shields which make him immune to fire/heat attacks and give him a fiery dash, Electric Shields which attract Rings towards him, double jump, and let him resist electricity attacks, and Bubble Shields that let him breathe underwater and bounce like a basketball.
Eraserhead: Not all of the Item Monitors contain shields. Sonic can increase his speed up to 3x faster than before with the Speed Shoes, swap positions with his opponent with Swap, and become invulnerable with Invincibility. And instead of just being immune to fire, Sonic can shoot a fireball with the Fireball box. Lastly, Sonic can trap others in ice with his sub-zero Ice Mine monitor.
Present Mic: There are more power-ups he has at his disposal without the monitors though. He can create homing and stationary mines with Mine, paralyze foes with lightning bolts or fake Rings with Lightning, mess with a foe's vision with Illusion, and summon a tornado that scoops up the opponent with Wind.
Eraserhead: Sonic can also unlock Skills which give him various abilities. He can breathe underwater longer with Breath Holder, summon skateboards with Boardmaster, sense hidden items with Treasure Scanner, generate shockwaves after stomping with Power Stomp, and turn his enemies into rings with Ring Time.
Present Mic: The Level-Up items grant Sonic the Flame Ring, a ring that allows him to create a fiery aura while spinning, and the Magic Gloves, a special pair of gloves that let Sonic seal enemies in an orb and leave them powerless.
Eraserhead: After saving them from Dr. Eggman, Sonic can access the Color Powers of the Wisps. He can turn into a bomb, rocket, and eagle with Black Bomb, Orange Rocket, and Crimson Eagle respectively, turn into a laser beam and blast off at light speed with Cyan Laser, chew through anything with Purple Frenzy, become invisible and intangible with Jade Ghost, and even become a black hole that can deconstruct matter and bend time and space with Violet Void.
Present Mic: So as you can see, Sonic has quite the large arsenal (pay close attention, official Death Battle). But out of all of the crazy stuff we've just mentioned, nothing, and absolutely NOTHING, here compares to the power and might of the Chaos Emeralds.
While it's common belief that Sonic is unable to summon the Chaos Emeralds, this is proven to be untrue in Sonic Unleashed and Sonic Frontiers. In Unleashed, Sonic calls the emeralds to him both at the beginning and end of the game while in Frontiers, Sonic is capable of pulling the emeralds towards him without touching them once he's gotten rid of the cage containing the emerald.
Eraserhead: Dr. Eggman wasn't after these for no reason after all. The Chaos Emeralds allow the user to turn their thoughts into power. They can cause plants to grow, revive the dead, power machinery, steal and restore stolen speed, and even give the user control over the entire universe with Chaos Control.
Present Mic: Although Sonic doesn't use this ability to the same extent Shadow does, he can and will use it if necessary like when he was trapped in a capsule and shot out into space. Before he could explode, Sonic teleported back to safety.
Eraserhead: That's only with one Chaos Emerald. If Sonic gathers all seven Chaos Emeralds, he can use his ultimate trick up his sleeve. But we're not gonna talk about that. Not yet.
Present Mic: But out of all of these abilities we've listed, what I find most admirable is his willpower. His will to win and save the ones he loves has let him triumph time and time again, even when things look bleak.
Eraserhead: This will of his has granted him several resistances like when he was infected with the Metal Virus, a disease that turns the users into a metal-like substance, or when he was corrupted by too much Cyber energy, or when Dark Gaia's awakening spawned hundreds of monsters created from everyone's negative emotions and induced negative emotions within everyone. In all of these situations, he withstood all the effects and carried on.
Sonic also has a resistance being erased from time as he and his younger counterpart were the only two that were unaffected by the Time Eater erasing time and altering the timeline.
Present Mic: Trust me, it gets crazier. Sonic has resisted the effects of the World Rings which drove spirits insane, and he defeated Erazor Djinn despite being fated to die to him in the story! So in other words, Sonic ignored both the plot and fate.
Eraserhead: Sonic can no-sell the radiations and freezing temperatures of outer space, ignore acid rain from frogs, and escape Cyber Space, an entirely separate dimension from our own.
Sonic using a portal at the end of each level is likely just a game mechanic since it's stated by The End that Sonic escapes via his own power. And if it was done via portal, Dr. Eggman would've been able to escape too.
Present Mic: If it wasn't clear as day by now, Sonic's pulled off quite the impressive feats across all of his adventures to stop Eggman or any other bad guys.
Feats

Eraserhead: He defeated and took hits from the Death Egg Robot with his younger self and Rookie. And near the end of their battle, Eggman and the Death Egg Robot created a dimension containing nebulae and even a galaxy with the Phantom Ruby.
Present Mic: Cosmic feats aren't out of the ordinary for this Blue Blur since he fought on-par with Emerl after he absorbed the energy of the Final Egg Blaster which blew up a cluster of stars at an energy of 465 ExaFoe.
Eraserhead: Sonic has defeated foes powered by a Chaos Emerald which moved a continent back in place with the kinetic energy of 81 yottatons, defeated the Egg Robo which absorbed the planet's life energy, and survived a black hole.
Present Mic: As if that last feat wasn't impressive enough, that black hole was powered by the energy of dozens of Wisps, including the Nega Wisps who can already make black holes that, based on their mass of 841 septillion kilograms, have the power of 230 tenatons which is enough energy to blow up the Sun! So you can imagine how impressive it is that Sonic can survive that output times hundreds.
While he was knocked unconscious, Sonic being able to resist its' pull, let alone survive the black hole means that he scales to it anyways. Besides that, Sonic was only knocked unconscious for about 30 seconds at most.
Eraserhead: Sonic and his friends also defeated the Master Core: ABIS who consumed stars and threatened to destroy Earth as well as containing stars and nebulae within its' body.
Present Mic: As you can see, Sonic is both a powerhouse and tank, but to nobody's surprise, speed is his specialty. Sonic can keep up with Metal Sonic who flew from Little Planet to Earth within seconds, view lasers in slow motion, and has been repeatedly stated to run at the speed of light.
Eraserhead: Sonic ran across the Arabian Nights which is shown to have a universe inside it. Assuming he ran within 5 minutes as it was stated that he ran endlessly, Sonic would've had to run at over 9 quadrillion times the speed of light.
Present Mic: He can catch up to Eggman's Egg Fleet which flew to Planet Wisp, a planet that's said to been on the far side of the universe, meaning he'd need to travel at 9.78 quadrillion times light speed! How is this little f*cker so damn fast?!
Eraserhead: I'll give you a hint: it's in his name. Remember how Emerl was using the energy from the Final Egg Blaster? Well, it's not easy traveling to stars in 5 seconds, so the Egg Blaster would need to shoot the beam at 58 billion times light speed, a feat Emerl, and therefore Sonic, should reasonably scale to.
Present Mic: Let's not forget how Egghead's Egg Mobile can travel to the Nonaggression Zone which is a starry nebula in about 6 seconds which is over 7 billion times light speed. And not just that, Eggman had to have traveled around the universe in order to capture those planets for his Interstellar Amusem*nt Park. The timeframe is unknown, but we'll assume he did this within a month which would be 1,116,764,383,562.235 times the speed of light.
Eraserhead: Sonic should scale far above this since Eggman was surprised by Sonic's speed in Unleashed. Sonic himself can fly past two stars within a second and react while moving, so he'd need to react at 284,000,000 times the speed of light and react to platforms while moving fast enough to where stars look like blurs.
Present Mic: It's not just about raw stats though. While he's not booksmart like Tails, Sonic is a very smart and skilled fighter. He can read his opponent's moves mid-combat and find openings to counter.
Eraserhead: Sonic has bested the government-trained Rouge in combat and fought toe-to-toe with Emerl and Metal Sonic who copied the data of everyone's fighting styles.
Present Mic: I think it's clear that Sonic is one powerful little hedgehog, but what if we told you, it could get better? And that's thanks to the seven Chaos Emeralds. When their powers are combined, Sonic can transform into Super Sonic which may or may not be inspired by his opponent.
By utilizing the Super Emeralds, Sonic can transform into Hyper Sonic. This form is much more powerful than Super Sonic, and Sonic can use the Hyper Flash to destroy everything in-range.
Eraserhead: In this form, Sonic is much stronger and faster than his base form, can fly, and he's nearly invincible. On top of making him stronger, it makes his base abilities a lot stronger like his Cycloop being capable of creating a massive tornado that can lift up even the largest of titans.
Present Mic: Super Sonic can generate a fiery aura or electric aura with Bolt of Lightning, imbue objects with Chaos energy to make them stronger, generate deflective shields to reflect projectiles, and gives his allies Chaos energy.
Eraserhead: Upon transforming into Super form, Sonic can heal himself of all his injuries. And since his Super form is powered by positive emotions, he can pacify those who are powered by negative emotions.
Present Mic: Being non-physical isn't going to help you against Super Sonic's attacks either since he can directly damage Solaris' consciousness and destroy The End who is the literal concept of death and is stated to be the "all-consuming void".
Eraserhead: He can absorb light to attack with Arrow of Light, use telekinesis to lift objects, create energy duplicates of himself. make swords out of Chaos energy, fire a volley of golden homing shots, and form chains around his opponent to trap them. Finally, he can perform a stronger version of Chaos Control to warp reality.
Present Mic: And trust me when I say he's much stronger than before. Super Sonic can defeat Solaris, a transcendent lifeform who was going to destroy the entire Sonic cosmology, with the help of Super Shadow and Silver. He also took on the Egg Salamander with Burning Blaze which was going to create an Eggmanland that transcends dimensions.
The Chaos Emeralds are also able to sustain Cyber Space, an entire dimension that bends time and space, supporting at least Universal+ Super Sonic.
Eraserhead: Other foes he's defeated are the Time Eater who erased multiple timelines with Classic Sonic and the Egg Wizard with the Power of the Stars which sustains parallel dimensions, also with the help of Burning Blaze.
Present Mic: Just goes to show you what the power of friendship can do.
Eraserhead: Powerful as he may be, he's not undefeatable, contrary to what the song tells you.
Faults
- Very co*cky and arrogant
- Is unable to swim
- Can occasionally be impulsive at times
- Super Sonic can be hurt by brute force
Present Mic: Sonic's a bit too much of an egotistical bastard for his own good, and this can lead to him underestimating his opponents, allowing them to get the jump on him.
Eraserhead: The hedgehog is not a good swimmer at all, and you'd definitely have an advantage over him if you placed him near some water.
Present Mic: And even though Super Sonic is really powerful, stronger enemies such as Solaris can hit him hard enough to ignore his invincibility entirely.
Eraserhead: But we've said it before, and we'll say it again. No matter what weaknesses or obstacles stand in his way, Sonic will fight on to save the day. And he'll do it in his own way.
"Merlina... every world has its end. I know that's kind of sad, but... that's why we gotta live life to the fullest in the time we have. At least, that's what I figure."

- Free-spirited protagonists who love fighting and adventure and have iconic golden and white super forms. While they have no interest in being a hero, their pure hearts always leads to them doing the right thing. They are extremely forgiving, even towards their enemies, choosing to spare them when others desired to kill them. (Sonic chose to let Eggman live as Mr. Tinkerer when Shadow wanted to kill him/Goku sparing Vegeta and telling Krillin to not kill him)
