You can serve this delicious cod liver on toast or on a slice of fresh bread with a dash of salt and lemon juice. Add chervil and a slice of lemon for a touch of colour.

You can also prepare some tartar toasts and cover then of cod liver: it is an unusual association but with delicious flavours.

Pointe de Penmarc'h is located in Brittany, on the port of Douarnenez, and with the same concern for quality as in the past, offers a wide range of fine fish preserves since 1920.

La Pointe de Penmarc'h : Breton sea products

The Pointe de Penmarc'h was born in 1920 in Guilvinec, on the western tip of Brittany.

For nearly a century, the cannery has been perpetuating the tradition by offering quality canned food with an authentic taste. The fish are packed according to ancestral and manual processes. Whether it is the selection of the fish or the choice of ingredients, no detail is left to chance, and no coloring or preservatives are used.
