His early life
Steve O was born on June 13th of 1974 in London England. He's a native of the United Kingdom. His early years were characterized by multiple moves to various different countries because of his father's own successful career as a business executive. Steve O had already lived in five different countries by the time that he was just 12 years old. It was hard for him to really set down any kind of roots and establish long lasting friendships because of the frequent relocation of the family, but he did have one major coping mechanism that served him well. After high school
When Steve finished high school he attempted college at the University of Miami, but after a year he discovered that it wasn't really what he wanted to do with his life. He traded in his college education for a course in the Ringling Brothers and Barnum and Bailey Clown College. He graduated from the clown college and then began to send his videos in to producers trying to gain recognition. His big break came when he met Jeff Tremaine who was the producer, director and creator of the show "Jackass." Signing on for "Jackass"
Steve O signed on with the crew as a cast member of the MTV reality comedy series "Jackass" in 2000. Within a year of first appearing on the show he had his own tor that was titled "Steve O don't try this at home." It was from this point forward that his popularity as an actor and a comedian began to escalate. He became known as a comedian throughout the world. "Jackass" ended in 2002, but a different company picked up the franchise and a film was released later that year and it was followed by another show that starred Chris Pontius and Steve O titled "WILDBOYZ." Steve went on to work with the gang in few more "Jackass" films.
