What is the shelf life of the mixes, and how should I store them?

  • We recommend storing flour mixes in a cool (70°F or below), dry environment. For best flavor and quality, it is best to use our brownie mixes within the timeframe printed on the package. Our brownie mixes do not contain any perishable ingredients.

What is the best way to store my brownies after I bake them?

  • Allow brownies to cool completely after baking and store in an airtight container or cover with plastic wrap. Keep at room temperature for about three days, or freeze for up to three months.

How can I tell when my brownies are done?

  • Ghirardelli brownies are so thick and moist that a toothpick method for determining doneness is not an accurate indication. Time and temperature are the key to proper doneness.
