If needed, you can export your metadata and images.
Exporting your metadata
Sign in to your account and navigate to the 
Items manager.
To export metadata for individual items,choose the ones you would like to download by ticking the selection box next to the relevant images.
Click the arrow next to Add new items and then choose Export metadata as CSV.
A CSV file will be downloaded to your computer containing the metadata for all your items. This CSV file can be opened in any spreadsheet software.
To export the metadata for all your items, make sure that no individual items are selected then click the arrow next to Add new items and choose Export metadata as CSV.
Exporting your images
To download the original images, click to open the item you want to download the image for.
Underneath the image in the top right, you will see links enabling you to download the images in JPEG or PNG formats. Select the appropriate option.
