Blast is the overarching protagonist of the manga and webcomic series One-Punch Man. He is the S-Class Rank 1 hero of the Hero Association. Other than Saitama he is the strongest known hero of the Hero Association. He is currently on a mission to collect the mysterious cubes, which is also a hobby of his, just like Saitama. Only a few agents of the organization have access to contact him.

Appearance[]

Blast appears as a tall muscular man who is probably in his 40s with black and spiky eyebrow and hair and a side haircut. His hero uniform is a white armor, a large white cap attached to a red circle located on his chest with his name written on it, which is also written in the back of his shoes. He also has circles on the back on the palm of his hand. His armor has many scars on it, presumably received after numerous battles, especially a big one across his face and between his eyes.

Abilities[]

Outside of Saitama he is undoubtedly the strongest and highest ranked hero, not only in the Hero association but also in the entire world. In the past, (more than 18 years ago) could already kill gigantic monster that could destroy steel doors, which he killed him off-screen by blowing a hole in its torso.

Immense Strength: His Immense strength is shown when he was shown easily spinning one of the mysterious cubes on the tip of his finger, which he can also carry many

at a time. The cube is so heavy that Flashy Flash's arm was stuck when it sank into the ground until Saitama helped him remove it.
Gravity Manipulation: In the fight against cosmic Garou, Blast is shown to be able to control gravity to increase the power of his punches and fists.
Portal Creation: In the Monster Association arc, he is shown to create portals (that look like a black hole) by sticking the 2 circles on his hand together, which make an infinity symbol appear across arms to teleport Saitama, Manako and Flashy Flash outside of the underground. More is shown more during his fight against Garou, when he created several portals that created nuclear explosions that can also teleport somewhere else.
