It will takeseveral hours for all the water from these storms to work throughlocal drainage systems in urban areas.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 440 AM CDT, Multiple gauges report flooding likely innorthern Brazoria, southeastern Harris, and parts ofGalveston Counties. Flooding is already occurring in thewarned area.
