Superman uses flight to get from place to place, and it comes in handy when quickly transporting people out of danger. It's one of his most iconic powers, and many consider it passive in nature. However, Superman's flight can become a weapon.
Superman could simply swoop in, grab someone off the ground, and drop them. He wouldn't even need to throw a punch. The long fall would be fatal. Superman's been tempted to do this, and he pointed out that he could. Thankfully, it's a line he doesn't want to cross.
